一、指导思想：

五、转化措施

“学困生”的转化工作关系到一个学校的校风和教育质量高低的问题，因此，在对待学困生转化问题上，我主要做法是：首先，要正确看待“学困生”，其实“学困生”并不像有的人认为什么都差，多数学困生仅是某一方面落后，差不是本质，所以我们应当从各个方面去关心他们，发现他们的闪光点，使其树立进取心和勇气；其次，尊重学困生，对他们不歧视，从各方面关心他们，激励差生转化；其三是注意方式和方法，对差生报以信任，多表扬少批评。苏霍姆林斯基认为：“在影响学生的内心世界时，不应挫伤他们心灵中最敏感的一个角落——人的自尊心。”在工作实践中，教师对学生的严格要求无意识必要的，在指出缺点的同时要细心鼓励，体现出教师的关心和帮助，不要一味指责，更不要轻易地去“揭伤疤”，否则批评过渡，说话缺乏分寸，容易产生负效应。在对“差生”的教育中，我采取的方法可以说是“三分管理，七分情感”，对他们晓之以理，动之以情，循循善诱地进行说服教育，并在学习上多鼓励，生活上多关心，帮助他们增强自信心，实践使我认识到：教师的信任是对后进生人格的尊重，他会变成一股无形的力量，促其奋发向上。

4、 在课内，教师要有意识地让他们有一些训练、发言的机会；

5、 对他们一视同仁，不歧视，多鼓励，及时发现他们的“闪光点”，增强他们的上进心，要全面渗透激励教育，多鼓励、多表扬，少批评、少指责。激励他们进步。

6、组织他们学习中外名人发愤苦读的故事，让他们多参加一些社会实践活动，培养他们吃苦耐劳的精神。

7．采取倾斜政策，对学困生给以“偏爱和厚爱”。

8．抓学困生特点，“一把钥匙开一把锁”。善于抓住学生的个性特点进行教育，因势利导，因材施教

9．切中时机，“传情报”、“送喜报”。重视学困生的“心理健康”教育，从根本上转变学困生的思想

10．定期做好家访，及进了解后进行的学习和思想状况，努力形成学校、家庭教育的合力，促进学困的转化。

总之，学困生的转化是一项长期、艰巨、复杂的系统工程，只要树立信心，坚持不懈，满腔热情的努力，变急风暴雨为和风细雨，变操之过急为循序渐进，变生硬呆板为巧妙疏导。这样才能产生“精诚所至，金石为开”的奇特效应。只要我们能根据这些孩子的形成特点、心理特点，采取妥善的方法，经常关心教育他们，从小事做起，从今日做起，今日含苞待放的花蕾，明日一定能盛开绚丽的花朵。

一、学情分析：本班有12名学生，其中有6名同学学习认真，各方面表现突出。有4名同学聪明伶俐，学习比较努力，能按时完成作业，但学习方法不够灵活，学习成绩良好。有2名同学学习不够努力，缺乏学习自觉性，学习成绩差。为了全面提高数学学习成绩，我采取“抓两头，带中间”的方式，力求做好学优生、学困生的辅导的工作。

二、辅导措施：

1、学优生：

（1）、对本班的优秀生进行培优思想教育，培养渴求知识的兴趣和愿望。

（2）、把对优秀生的辅导与学科竞赛结合起来，注意培养优秀生的自学意识和探究能力。

（3）、每节课必有一道思维训练习题，借此加强对学优生的个别辅导，提升学优生对语文的兴趣、爱好。

（4）、教师要有计划、有目的的为学优生提供读书资料，介绍方法，提高他们的语文素养。

2、学困生：

（1）、加强对学困生的课堂管理，要经常提问学困生。

（3）、经常找学困生谈心，教育他们明确学习的重要性，端正学习态度.

（4）、学困生的作业坚持面批面改，发现问题及时补课，总之，要达到“堂堂清”、“天天清”、“周周清”。

（5）、重视个体差异，针对一些学生知识缺漏，有针对性的给以补课。

三、需要注意的问题：

1、必须优化备课，功在课前，效在课上，成果巩固在课后辅导。尽可能“耗费最少的必要时间和必要精力”。

2、不歧视学习有困难的学生，不纵容优秀的学生，一视同仁。

3、经常与家长联系，相互了解学生在家与在校的一些情况，共同促进学生的作业情况，培养学习兴趣，树立对学习的信心。
